This Week: European Tour of Georgia and Metro Atlanta

On this week's episode of Georgia Traveler, we're off on a European Tour of Georgia, featuring Athens, Brunswick, Dublin, Rome and Vienna. Join Tour Guides David Zelski, Keely Walker Muse, Philip Proctor and Gerald Bryant to explore these Georgia cities that bear names of European derivation.

GeorgiaTraveler Episode 112 - European Tour of Georgia airs this Friday, October 31 at 9 PM, Saturday, November 1 at 7 PM, and Wednesday, November 5, at 7:30 PM.

And on the newly launched GPB Knowledge Channel:

On this week's episode of Georgia Traveler, we explore some of the sites in Georgia's Capitol city of Atlanta. We find fine art at the High Museum and discover the fun at Turner Field--even when the Braves aren't in town. We visit with the animals above and below the water's surface at Zoo Atlanta and the Georgia Aquarium. And what would any trip to Atlanta be without a chili cheese dog and onion rings at the original Varsity?

Georgia Traveler 109 - Metro Atlanta airs on GPB Knowledge this Saturday, November 1 at 8 PM and Sunday, November 2 at 8 AM.
