It's time for the 13th annual Dillard Bluegrass and Barbecue Festival! Featuring live bluegrass music, arts and crafts, awards, and of course, barbecue. Visitors from all over the country show up for this event, and everyone is invited. Festival passes can be had for $10 or $15, and kids under 12 get in free. Big E Festival and Final Hoedown
