Music and movie lovers alike won't want to miss the ASO's collaboration with Turner Classic Movies. Enjoy film highlights from the classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musicals: The Sound of Music, Oklahoma, and Carousel, all introduced by TCM host, Robert Osborne. Dillard Bluegrass and Barbecue Festival

It's time for the 13th annual Dillard Bluegrass and Barbecue Festival! Featuring live bluegrass music, arts and crafts, awards, and of course, barbecue. Visitors from all over the country show up for this event, and everyone is invited. Festival passes can be had for $10 or $15, and kids under 12 get in free. Big E Festival and Final Hoedown

Elvis fans, it's your chance to hang out and enjoy the King! The 10th annual Big E Festival and Final Hoedown will be held at the Everything Elvis Museum this weekend. This Week: Mountains East (Dahlonega)

On this week's episode of Georgia Traveler, it's off to Georgia's picturesque northeast mountains. Dahlonega, site of America's first gold rush, is our destination city, where we visit the Smith House restaurant and Wolf Mountain Vineyards. David Zelski explores Elberton, the Granite Capital of the World, while Gerald Bryant meets Joni Mabe the Elvis Babe at her museum in Cornelia. Phil Proctor delights in the delicacies offered up during Oktoberfest in Helen, and Keely Muse guides us through some beautiful state parks in Dawsonville, Mountain City, and Tallulah Falls.
